1. Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping is included worldwide. Paintings are carefully packaged and insured.
2. What is your return policy?
I offer a 7-day return guarantee from the date you receive the painting. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact me within 7 days for a full refund (buyer covers return shipping).
3. Will the painting’s colors look the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, camera calibration, or individual perception. I aim for accurate photos, but art is best experienced in real life!
4. How are the paintings shipped?
I use tracked, insured shipping.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, to most countries. Buyers may be responsible for any customs duties/taxes (not included in price).
6. How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days within EU, 7–14 days elsewhere, sometimes it may take more time.
7. Can I commission a custom painting?
Currently I do not accept commissions.
